Can I park for free near the Heemskerkstraat apartment?

Parking at the Heemskerkstraat is not free. There is a parking zone quite close to the apartment. It’s just outside of the city. The free parking zone is called: ‘P+R Transferium Melanchtonweg Rotterdam’. Please look it up on Google Maps. There is a subway station next to it called "Melanchtonweg". From this metro station you can go back to the inner city I advise you to come to the apartment first, so I can check you in and we can put your luggage in the apartment. After that, you can drive to the free parking zone and take the subway back to the apartment.

Can I park for free near the West Kruiskade apartment?

Parking at the West Kruiskade isn’t free. There are two parking zones quite close to the apartment.
One It’s just outside of the city. The free parking zone is called: ‘P+R Transferium Melanchtonweg Rotterdam’. Please look it up on Google Maps. There is a subway station next to it called "Melanchtonweg". From this metro station you can go back to the inner city. If you need to get to my apartment on the ‘West Kruiskade’ get out after two stops at ‘Centraal Station’ from here you can easily find your way to the apartment. I advise you to come to the apartment first, so I can check you in and we can put your luggage in the apartment. After that, you can drive to the free parking zone and take the subway back to the apartment.If you need more information about parking please let me know.

The other zone you can park for free is: ‘Noordereiland’ This is an Island in the middle of the river the Meuse. The island is centrally located and in western direction from the apartment. From the island you can walk back to the apartment in 25 minutes. It’s a beautiful walk, as you get to see the river and the Rotterdam Skyline.

Are bedlinnen and towels provided during my stay?

Yes we make sure that during every stay you are provided with clean towels and bedlinnen.

Can I check in early or late?

As stated in our listing, normal check in time is from 16:00 till 19:00. Unfortunately, we have to charge guests for late/early check ins. The early/late check in fee has to be paid in full in cash during check in. Please don’t forget to bring the exact amount of this fee in cash! See the charges below.

EARLY CHECK IN: BEFORE 16:00 = €10

If you wish to check in before 16:00 this has to be notified in advance. Early check in is sometimes not possible. For instance, when another guest has checked out on the same day as the day of your arrival.

LATE CHECK IN: AFTER 19:00=

-BETWEEN 19:00 AND 22:00 = €10

-BETWEEN 22:00 AND 01:00 = €20

Can I check out later then 11:00?

Late check out has to be requested in advance. If another guest arrives on the day you check, then late check out cannot be granted. The apartment needs to be clean at 16:00 for the next guest. The cleaning staff needs enough time to clean the entire apartment for the next guest, there for check out can be no later then 11:00.

Is it possible to rent bikes at Just Stay Apartments?

Yes, you can rent two beautiful and new Dutch bikes at our West Kruiskade apartment. Soon, it will be possible to rent bikes for the Heemskerkstraat apartment. The price for renting a bicycle is €7 a day, and we ask a deposit of €50. The bicycles can be booked on request. Due to limited availability, it’s recommended to book in advance.

Is there a washing machine in the apartment?

Yes, all Just Stay properties are equipped with a washing machine.

Is there a dryer in the apartment?

No, our properties are not equipped with a dryer. However, all apartments have drying rack.

Is there a supermarket/grocery store near the Heemskerkstraat Apartment?

Yes there is a PLUS Supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance and there is a small convenient store in the street (see the square on the map).

Is there supermarket/grocery store near the West Kruiskade Apartment?

Because the apartment is located in a major shopping street there are multiple supermarkets at walking distance. If you walk out of the door of the apartment complex, cross the street and walk a hundred meters to the right you will find the ALDI. The cheapest supermarket in the area. If you walk out of the apartment complex, cross the street and walk left, you will find the Amazing Oriental Supermarket after hundred meters. This is a large Asian supermarket, where they have almost everything. If you continue walking in this direction, you end up at Kruisplein. At this square there is a Dutch high end supermarket named Albert Heijn.

Where can I get touristic information?

Touristic information will be given by our hosts during check in. You can also visit on of tourist information desks in the city. There is one in the main hall of Central Station. The other one is located above subway station Beurs.
